Most of Peter's career is as a professional who helps both sides understand the financial impact of issues. Often, he helps each party to better understand the merits of their position. In several occasions, Peter has acted as an “Appraiser” (a disinterested party engaged to represent parties who have not been able to come to an agreement, short of litigation).
Peter has extensive experience quantifying economic damages for arbitrations and contractual disputes and has been qualified to serve as an expert witness in Federal courts in Missouri and Kansas. He specializes in matters related to lost profits, business interruption, physical damages, oil & gas, cyber risks, power generation, mining, stock & contents, catastrophe services and fraud.
