Erica Rosen-McGinnis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience providing therapy and coaching to adults and couples. Since founding her private practice in 2012, Erica has been dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges in a compassionate and supportive environment. She utilizes a combination of insight-oriented therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to assist clients in gaining clarity, developing healthier coping strategies, and achieving their personal and relational goals. Erica’s strengths-based approach focuses on building resilience and empowering clients to recognize and cultivate their inner potential for positive change. In addition to individual therapy, Erica specializes in co-parenting mediation. As a trained mediator, she helps divorced and separated families navigate co-parenting conflicts and enhance communication, creating a more harmonious environment for both parents and children.
