PROFILE INTRODUCTION

I practiced family law since 1973. Trials meant lengthy, contested, in-court battle between spouses where the outcome was up to a judge, not the parties affected. This process is emotionally, financially and personally very costly and bruising. The collaborative approach is private and client-centered. Participants are able to reduce conflict and to exercise control over their case, lives and futures with dignity and civility.
